We are currently looking for a passionate, high capacity, dynamic leader to join our Marketing organization as Senior Brand Manager of our Multicultural Hair Care Portfolio. This role will be located at the P&G Corporate Headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio and reports into the Multicultural Hair Care Brand Director.

Brand Management at Procter & Gamble means being more than just a marketer. You are the total business owner, a general manager in training. We are looking for a strong leader that can lead and guide the vision, strategy, and innovation that will profitably grow our Multicultural brands.

Job Description

  • As Senior Brand Manager, you will have end-to-end ownership of one or more of our Multicultural hair care brands and responsibility for developing and executing plans that drive brand growth.
  • Lead a cross-functional team (including R&D, Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Advertising, and Media Agencies) that will help develop future product design, innovation plans, and strategy for your brand’s success.
  • Deliver business strategies informed by consumer and market insights.
  • Lead the development and execution of media and marketing plans.
  • You will help to lead and develop the go-to-market strategies for our key Retailers.
  • You will lead a mix of Marketing and Brand Management projects enabling you to show the breadth and depth of your leadership.


We want someone with:

  • A college degree (MBA preferred, with some business focus)
  • A minimum of 2 years managing creative agencies
  • A minimum of 2 years managing/working on cross functional teams
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills
  • Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking
  • An ability to drive innovation and brand growth
  • Strong ability to communicate and team capabilities
