Professional Oral Health - Scientific Relations Manager
Procter & Gamble is seeking a highly motivated individual for a Scientific Relations Manager (SRM) position with our Professional Oral Care Organization for the Northeast Region (Ohio Valley and New England). P&G Oral Care is a leading manufacturer and marketer of Crest and Oral B Products around the Globe.
The region based Scientific Relations Manager role is responsible for creating the overall vision and strategy to drive Usage, Dispensing, and Recommendation (UDR) and Net Outside Sales (NOS) for Crest and Oral B products in the Schools Channel within the region.
- SRM’s personally own and call on all dental schools and key hygiene schools within the region. This role has dual focus of influencing students/faculty within the classroom as well as outside of the school or clinic.
- SRMs must build relationships with the schools customers' (students, faculty, administration, and the dental professionals within the school’s clinics) in order to persuade them to dispense Crest and Oral B products in their clinics, and recommend Crest and Oral B Products to their patients.
- SRMs will work with Territory Manangers within their region to maximize school coverage and effectiveness across all schools within the region
We are seeking applicants who are problem solvers as well as excellent communicators. Being a Registered Dental Hygienist is required for this role. In order to effectively perform the job duties described above, all applicants should reside in or be willing to relocate to Cincinnati, Ohio. Relocation will be a paid expense if required.
·A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
·Demonstrated ability of critical thinking and problem solving
·Strong written and verbal communications
·Strong leadership skills
·Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively on the job
Candidates must be Registered Dental Hygienists.
