Research & Development - Foundational Data Steward, Mandarin

What will I do?

Our R&D Associate Researchers are constantly learning, growing, and improving. In this role, you would be expected to find new ways to innovate and develop within your area. We are also a highly collaborative company, so you will also need to provide technical direction to others.

The Data Steward (DS) is part of the Global Product Stewardship (GPS) Organization's Foundational Data core capability. The GPS organization includes Regulatory and Safety (Human and Environmental). The data stewards are responsible for obtaining raw material compositional information from manufacturers. These data are foundational for GPS Assessment. The primary responsibility of this role will be to use chemistry knowledge to facilitate data collection from raw material manufacturers. The DS will also be able to translate raw material disclosure documents from Mandarin into English and facilitate communications with manufacturers without strong English language capability.


If you want to join us, you will need:

  • Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education, however, a two-year college (Associate) degree with a focus on Chemistry or equivalent experience.

  • Proficient Mandarin language capability, required.
