Research & Development Pilot Research Lab (PRL)/Mechanical Associate Researcher
Are you passionate about conducting research and development experiments and solving the world’s consumer problems in a state of art pilot facility?
An Associate Researcher in PRL/Mechanical will work seamlessly with other multi-functional groups to enable the best use of our pilot plant assets (e.g. small- and large-scale product making equipment, scales, etc…). You will execute established set-up and operation of equipment based on customer test plan generating reliable and reproducible results. You will abide by all Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Quality Assurance, guidelines associated with the execution of the test program. You will be responsible for communicating results and observations via Office tools to customers and other team members. Making special note of unanticipated results and/or unexpected observations.

Consider these fields if you love: Engineering/Mechanical/Similar experience or background - Operating, building & repairing process equipment. Material yield accounting and documenting key equipment setting needed to execute customer test plans to allow scale up learning for manufacturing process.
- An Associate’s Degree in an Engineering or Mechanicalfield (although other similar majors will be considered) or a high school diploma with relevant experience.

- Mechanical experience/training
- Material yield (computational skills)
- Basic Statistics - calculate average, standard deviation and comparisons
- Basic Office Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc...)
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to learn on the job in a dynamic environment
