The P&G Resident Scholar Program (RSP) is a unique job shadowing experience designed to expose exceptional minority high school students to careers leveraging a STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math) degree. Program participants are exposed to the exciting world of Research & Development at P&G. They have the opportunity to visit several of our Cincinnati technical centers as well as our Global Headquarters located in downtown Cincinnati. Through hands-on experience they have opportunities to interact with scientists and engineers across the company. By the completion of the one week program, participants leave with a better understanding of (1) Applying a STEM background to research, (2) Working cooperatively in a team, and (3) Building a consumer product. The RSP experience continues through high school graduation with opportunities for training, mentoring, and leadership development, including opportunities to return to P&G as summer interns.
This program will take place June 17th - June 20th, 2019.
Application Deadline is April 17th, 2019.
Final Candidates will be notified by mid May.
A. Must be in High School, entering into your Sophomore or Junior year for the 2019-2020 school year, and interested in pursuing a career in STEM.
