Description
This application is for a 2021 Sales internship. Applying for this position will also automatically enroll you in consideration for our 2020 Standout Emerging Leaders Camp.

STANDOUT - Emerging Leaders Camp is a once-in-a-lifetime WOW experience.

Join us for an all-expense paid 3-day trip to our global headquarters to explore what P&G stands for and why this is the place for you! You will be alongside 200 other top students from August 11th - 14th, 2020 in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will meet leaders of the Company, learn more about P&G and our brands. You will see how you can grow your career while learning how you can impact millions of people daily.

The Standout Program is designed to give top students and immersive experience in a culture where diverse backgrounds, experiences, and ways of thinking are valued and included to make a meaningful impact from Day 1. Our desire is to have a diverse group of top students for this program. Underrepresented students including, but not limited to, female and/or Black or African-American, Hispanic/Latino, Asian, Indian/Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian/Other Pacific Islander, or two or more races are strongly encouraged to apply.

Our focus is to expose you to the types of opportunities available within strategic selling, from internships to full-time positions. During your 3 days, you will have the opportunity to interview for a Sales internship for summer 2021.

Our Standout Emerging Leader event will help you get insight into our Sales Internship. You'll need to be highly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in drawing insights from data. We are seeking individuals who will set priorities and follow through on commitments, work effectively with diverse groups of people, and demonstrate creativity, innovation, and initiative – all while being excellent communicators. We want leaders who possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, a real passion for influencing strategy, and the ability to establish relationships.

At our Standout Emerging Leader event, you’ll learn about how P&G consults with its partners to develop joint business plans for our retail customers. From Day 1, our strategic selling professionals lead in-market strategies across multiple categories and brands. You’ll experience firsthand how our selling teams shape this strategy by drawing on creative and analytical insights. Our objective is to position our Company, our Customers, and our Shoppers to win.

Qualifications
To be considered:

-You should be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in your sophomore year of an undergraduate program

-You must have and maintain high academic standards within your institution (considered in the top 20% of academic peers)

-You should have proven analytical thinking and skills

-You should have an external focus and a real passion for strategic selling

-You must be willing to travel and relocate throughout your career

-You must Have a valid Driver's License
