Scaled Operations Administrative Assistant

This role requires you to be well-versed in technical office tools, software applications, calendar management, and coordinating travel and business meetings. This position supports the business by proactively managing projects and enabling other teams to do their jobs.
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor, or Master’s degree
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Experience using meeting assistant tools like WebEx, Teams, and Share Point
Prior administrative experience in managing calendars, travel, business meetings supporting Vice Presidents
Relocation not offered for this position
Prior experience leading and being self-directed
Strong Communication skills
