Technical Specialist- Neighborhood Analytics Test & Control Activation and Support:
Work across category and customer teams to help, execute, and track campaign performance with NAS Test & Control.
Utilize data to help design media and in-store campaign scientifically
Help interpret the result into actionable strategy by defining metrics and using exploratory mathematics as well as statistical techniques
Use SQL to investigate and troubleshoot (e.g. outlier).
Provide support with analytics and reporting requests, finding potential reason for error as the first defense line.
Undergraduate degree with some computer and quantitative courses (Statistics, Operation Research, Applied Math, etc.) or have equivalent work experience
Strong SQL Skills (CTE, Advanced query)
1-2 years experience in a quantitative or analytical role
1-2 years of data processing experience with Python or R
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
Proficiency with multiple analytical and database tools (e.g. Jupyter Notebook, Databricks)
Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence others to take action
Experience working with cross-functional teams with a multi-tasking mindset
Strong enthusiasm and commitment to learning to be a bridge between technology and business
