Job Title: HR Administrator
Job Title and Purpose: Human Resources Expert Administrator for GBS

The HR Administrator for GBS provides HR support to several organizations within GBS. This role has several security role assignments, including the OU Mobility Partner role. Additionally, this person will assume various project leadership responsibilities ie. US Talent Transformation Delivery sub-team. The role will report to the GBS HR Vice President in Cincinnati, OH.
Provide day to day employee support in policy, Disability, Workers Comp, FMLA, Flexible Work Arrangements, etc. This candidate will become the US Policy expert and will also serve as the with important responsibilities to communicate and train the GBS HR network on updates from the NA ER Practice. Serve as the Org HR Data Coordinator, Local HR Data Coordinator, and OU Mobility Partner within subsets of GBS organizations. Pull and manipulate talent reports from the Workday system to enable HR managers to gather insight about talent management May also assume responsibilities for some HR signature systems. Collaborate proactively with the HR team, business partners, and senior management across the global GBS organization.
Job Qualification 1: Operates with Discipline, Initiative and Follow Through: Acts with a sense of urgency to respond to requests within 24 hours. Thinks with the end result in mind, acts as an owner of the business, has a scarcity mindset, anticipates needs and provides solutions, manages time to plan for priorities. Must have high capacity to handle the number and type of requests.
Job Qualification 2:. Strong technical mastery in HR Systems with ability to integrate data from multiple sources, create Excel reports/Charts and analyze it to enable analysis.
Job Qualification 3: Solutions Oriented: Serve as the HR business liaison for HRSS, HR Practices, and Payroll. This requires strong problem-solving ability and clear resolution via written and/or verbal communication.Steward for the Company and employee advocate, with a positive outlook that focuses on possibilities. Ability to communicate expectations and clear outcomes when outlining a process under his/her leadership.
Job Qualification 4: Enables Others: Comfortable training others on new policies, processes, or systems. Strong learning agility on new technologies. Brings ideas and suggestions to the HR Manager to improve processes or systems (i.e., works “on the process” not just “in the process”).
Job Qualification 5: Understanding of policy and plans to ensure employee data is executed correctly. For example, vacation pro-ration, new hires, retirements, overpayments, less than full time, disability & FMLA, etc.
Skills needed to perform this job:
Required: Proficiency in HR policies, Workday employee data processing experience.

Expertise in the new HR System, Workday. Ability to understand key organization data and clearly articulate how our HR processes impact the system. Global outreach and collaboration with new P&G colleagues.
