Then this position is for you!


As a Supply Planning Expert at P&G Health, you will be responsible for facilitating the success of our supply chain. This will provide you with deep insights into all aspects of our supply chain management with perspective on three pillars: Supply Planning & Order Processing, Delivery & Distribution, and Customer Service. These areas will combine your strategic and administrative skills.


Planning supply and processing orders is key to a successful start of our supply chain. Here, you will enter the costomer’s orders into our SAP system, process the order confirmation and add delivery dates as well as review & analyse replenishment forecasts.


Your delivery & distribution work will prove invaluable to getting products to customers on time as well as in the perfect quality & quantity. You will be responsible to place the transportation order and provide the respective documents (e.g. invoices, packaging lists) while ensuring their tax compliance, and to check the delivery fulfilment at destination according to the customer’s order. Using these insights, you will be driving the adaptation and optimization of our logistical performance.


As the customer’s first point of contact, you will be responsible to represent P&G in various situations. Using your knowledge from the tasks described above, you will advise customers regarding logistics and products, and collaborating with several internal departments to resolve customer complaints.

Qualifications
Bachelor in economics, business sciences with a focus on supply chain
Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is required, German is a plus
Strong affinity for IT (ideally experience with ERP & SAP)
Very good understanding of supply chain processes & best practices
Very good analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast and dynamic organization while maintaining strong control
Broad supply chain background in a pharmaceutical, consumer health or consumer goods environment preferred
Functional knowledge / exposure of warehousing, freight-forwarding, local customs and international shipping is a plus
Valid work permit
