Sales IT Analyst - Administrative

Ensure Timeliness and Accuracy of all Back end Reports for All countries.
Project manage back-end transition where required including testing key measures and uploading products mapping and SKU lists to Master data.
Validate reports on an ongoing basis vs distributor manual reports; and share weekly Sales report to the organisation
Maintaining Distributor backend use data compliance and integrity at 100%.
Compiling Sales and Inventory data accuracy each month and ensuring gaps are closed.
Master data clean-up for the distributors and ensuring Phase in and Phase out codes are tracked in sales report.
Supporting Distributor Operations by tracking Sales and Go-To-Market KPIs across countries
Tracking Sales Fundamentals comprising coverage, distribution, visibility and In Market Sales of Key Accounts
Leading TaS [Tech Assisted Sales] projects across key countries
Leading E-Commerce tracking
Tracking Point of Sales Materials – via Inventory and execution
The Sales Assistant will report to the Sales Project Manager for the sub region and will be based out of Dubai, UAE.

What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field (preferably with Business focus)
2 - 4 years of relevant experience in IT Sales and working in the backend to enable sales operations from an IT standpoint (a must)
Knowledge and experience with Power BI & RTDC (Real Time Distributor Connect); Salesforce are a plus
Excellent communication, collaboration, cognitive thought and problem-solving skills
English fluency, Arabic & French are a plus
