P&G is seeking top talent for an entry-level Microbiology Associate Researcher position. Candidates should have a 2 or 3 year degree or equivalent qualification in Microbiology or a closely related biological science. Experience working in a quality and compliance-oriented Microbiology environment and/or experience in molecular microbiology or clinical microbiology would be advantageous. Types of work may include: product quality testing, method and claims development. In addition to technical experience working in a microbiology lab, we are looking for someone who demonstrates effective collaboration and communication, a passion for learning, and strong initiative, accountability, and execution skills.
Your normal place of work will initially be the Greater London Innovation Centre in Egham but is expected to move to the Greater London Innovation Centre in Reading.

Important Responsibilities
You will apply your academic background & practical hands on Microbiological experience to generate & interpret data and solve problems against technical & Business Challenges. You will support the laboratory operations with excellence to maintain and strengthen the GMP capability.
You will be working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Developing and applying new capability to solve tough technical challenges and develop your technical skills.

Job Qualifications
  • 2 or 3 Year Degree or equivalent qualification in Microbiology or a closely related Life Science.
  • Experience in a Microbiology Laboratory.
