Human Resources Administrator

This role is responsible for the day-to-day HR Administrative functions for the site.  Additionally, the HR Administrative is responsible for ensuring timely completion of projects and accurate maintenance of records as required by regulating parties.  The role is the single point of contact for select HR systems and projects especially, recruiting, learning and development, time workforce management and site services. The HR Administrative applies knowledge of the Human Resources Department to develop, improve, and troubleshoot people systems issues.

Qualifications

What are we looking f

  • Bachelor degree
  • Strong level of English
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Sense of urgency and bias for action to deliver expected results
  • Successfully manages multiple priorities
  • Has a can-do attitude and calm demeanor when faced with uncertain challenges and issues
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Prior work experience in a Human Resources position.
