Are you looking for a position that offers a rewarding lifelong career filled with new and exciting challenges? P&G is looking for a Warehouse Management Deployment Expert at our Green Bay Plant. This position plays an essential role in the company’s structure for using, maintaining, and improving the Warehouse Operations work processes and technology. The role is to assure the site work process adherence to the standards and capability to execute the work process, throughout the organization through End Users documentation and training.
Train, qualify and maintain with on-going coaching, End User capability on new and/or existing processes and systems in JDA warehouse management
At site level, create and maintain work process documentation (OPLs (One Point Lesson), Job Aids, and training materials) to train End Users on JDA warehouse management according to Standard Distribution Center (SDC) and Standard Work Process (SWP) based on Solution Assessment Template (SAT)
Provide 1st level issue resolution to End Users of their site, including raising tickets to Service Management
Support JDA warehouse management implementations projects including version upgrades on site according to P&G standard start-up processes
Define new requirements for site needed changes - Work Process change
Coordinate on site testing related to technical and/ or work process changes
Provide testing support for Work Process compliance audits
This person must get qualified by the Regional PrIME BPXs within 12 months of taking the role.
Experience creating and managing Action plans, including follow up to eliminate gaps.
CSA testing & validation
Experience with JDA warehouse 2014 or similar system is preferred
Manufacturing leadership experience is preferred
Warehouse management experience is preferred
