YOUR ROLE

As an HR intern, you will be responsible for leading improvements in the area of organizational designs, transitions, or career paths. This is not your typical HR internship – you will have truly important projects to work on. Bring your ideas to the table! Our HR positions offer the opportunity to develop your skills in a professional environment, apply them and thus have a direct impact on business results.

In this internship, your main task will be the renewal of the recruiting concept for acquiring motivated and innovative apprentices for Gross-Gerau plant. This includes the development of an employer branding campaign, the creation of advertisements on different platforms and the support of the recruitment selection process. To be successful, you will interact and work together with employees from different areas and departments.

In addition, you will be responsible for the digitization of various HR processes. You will get support from our IT specialists on site. You will manage your projects independently and will have the chance to bring in your ideas. We make sure that you receive a tailor-made development plan to ensure the right level of coaching, mentoring and on-the-job training.


Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are a bachelor or master student with a minimum of 2 semesters of (bachelor-) studies completed and strong academic results.

  • You are available for a duration of 6 months.

  • You demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, digital skills, and a strong passion for HR

  • You work well with diverse groups of people using your interpersonal skills to persuade, influence and adapt communication styles to different situations and individuals

  • You are able to set priorities, deliver what you commit to, and work in a multicultural and diverse environment

  • You can communicate proficiently in English and German (written and spoken).
