  1. Strategic business partner to the senior leaders, to ensure the effective use of business resources, acting as advisor/consultant, proposing solutions to ensure achievement of stated business goals and objectives;
  2. Assess the implementations of strategic options based on the understanding of designated business units and the business groups drivers and strategies, develop and deliver well integrated people strategies within the business units;

  3. Partner with the senior leadership team to drive a high performing culture in an integrated structure by promoting leadership skills and performance management, improving employees' engagement levels;

  4. Provide timely HR support to business stake holders from workforce planning, compensation benefits, employee retention, performance management, talent management, organization development, employee relations, etc., to make sure the business targets could be delivered from people perspective;

  5. Work closely with business customers, align key opportunities and action plans with local business team and customer team, develop customer organization capability plan with defined common opportunity;

  6. Initiate and drive HR related projects based on business needs.

  1. Knowledge, Skill & Abilities:
    Demonstrated ability to work in matrixes, multi-functional work environment;
    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently and effectively;
    Demonstrated ability in innovation and change management;
    Good knowledge and understanding with local employment law and related regulation, strength in recruitment & selection, employee relations, compensation and benefits;
    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
    Be agile for frequent business travel.
  2. Experience Requirement:

    More than 5 years working experience, with at least 3 years in position of HRBP or HR management;

    Candidates with HRBP Experience in Sales or other commercial function from FMCG/Consulting/E-business is preferred

  3. Education Background;

    Bachelor degree or above;

    Majored in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Law is preferred.
