Responsible for the protection of people and assets at all Product Supply sites (Plants and Distribution Centers) in the geographic area of responsibility. Under instruction and guidance from the Greater China Security Leader, this person will have direct responsibility for the following work:

  1. Asset Protection Ratings (site security assessments)

  2. Corrective Action Planning and follow-up to close gaps

  3. Security Guard Force management and training

  4. Liaison with local law enforcement agencies

  5. Site-level investigations

  6. Site-level Security Awareness and culture building activities

  7. Risk assessment of issues with potential impact to site, employees, or operations

  8. Site-level Crisis management program deployment and follow-up

  9. Transportation security and interaction with Physical Distribution security personnel

In addition, to the above-mentioned responsibilities, this role will also support Global Security on complex or high-impact investigations and projects, as needed.


  1. 3-5 years of physical security experience, including work with CCTV and access control systems, security guard force management, site security design, security and risk assessments, supply chain security, and investigations.

  2. Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese

  3. Experience networking and engaging with law enforcement agencies

  4. Creative thinker who is assertive and disciplined to drive change.

  5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

  6. Training and presentation skills.
