Brand Management Function - Media Planning Manager
- Lead Media Objective &Strategy-translate business objective into media objective & KPI
- Define media strategy
- Annual media budget allocation plan based on penetration driven model
- Develop annual media calendar
- Recommendation on each media platform for how to win
- Recommend test and learn plan
- Lead media Join Business Plan and content innovation development
- Work with BO & Publishers to develop media JBP
- Lead BE plan development based on campaign idea
- Lead media test & learn plan (e.g. HHIU, new format
- Lead social media/content plan
- Plan social media calendar & right social platforms
- Recommend any new emerging social media vehicles
- Integration of social media and push media to maximize social campaign impact
- Lead execution excellence
- Collaborate with BO to ensure campaign to delivery KPI
- Identify opportunity and driver to improve execution
- Build up media end to end planning capability
- Build up new capability via collaborate with BO
- in-touch with external to get BIC cases and set up right capability in RBU
- 5 years+ experience in media plan and execution either from FMCG or from media agency.
- Strong knowledge of digital and social is able to integrate various platform thinking seamlessly.
- Strong ability to translate consumer insights, data to sound media strategy.
- Strong leadership and influence skill to deliver strong media thinking for internal shareholder.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details and numerical accuracy.
- Able to lead day-to-day media operations with media agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate ability to lead change and drive innovation in media space.
