Brand Management Function - Olay Marketing Specialist

Description

Free-goods Planning:

  • Enable quarterly Feasibility Check Request (FCR) review by consolidating cross channel quarter plan and review in regular meeting for approval.

  • Ensure plan within budget and in line with time gone.

  • Ensure sufficient approvals received for any changes/placement.

  • Synchronize systems to be rigorously in line with feasibility check request approved.

FG (Free-goods) Tracking: restatement & cost maintenance:

  • Monthly restatement for channels’ free goods' usage.

  • Regular sample order checking for potential wrong SAP system price correction.

  • Update and maintain the latest list price for WISE and SAP systems.

FG Stewardship and capability building incl Shengjie (SJ) inventory & scrapping reduction:

  • Monthly clean up SJ remnant to reduce scrapping and Warehousing costs.

  • Improve cross channel transparency on inventory reuse/borrowing.

  • Provide mentorship/training to new free goods' owners.

Olay organization:

  • Lead Olay Marketing SRA budget tracking.

  • Own monthly Happy Day and logistics.

Administrative support :

  • Lead Marketing Director Calendar, meeting and travel arrangements.

  • Strong Leadership and ownership.

  • Advanced excel skills.

  • Strict time management skill.

  • Efficient communication skill.
