You will act as an integral part of HK commercial organization, accounting for delivering sales fundamentals and ensuring by-channel plan sufficiency for Baby and Fem Care. You will be leading category growth across brands, channels and customers.

SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE:
  • Grow business by delivering sales target with channel based Go-to-Market strategy.
  • Drive brand success for new initiatives launch, and trade interventions. Lead and cooperate with brand and sales departments to deliver in-store execution excellence.
  • Budget management with controls.
  • Sales capability building and selling tools enabling.


Qualifications
  • Leadership to envision/engage/execute brand and sales plan for breakthrough results as well as great multi-functional team leadership.
  • Strong influence/communication skills to deliver the business results.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Strong drive for success.
  • Execution with excellence.
  • Previous experience/mastery in Baby or Fem Care business will be a plus.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
