Senior Manager Operations

Your role as a Operating Department Leader: Lead the organization under its responsibility to ensure PQCDSM results following DMS (RTT) and P&G Systems, with the aim of eliminating losses and defects which prevent or disrupt line leaders from delivering their results. Responsible for developing the training of the team according to the principles of IWS and aligned with our PVPs .
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
BS in Engineering with 5+ years with minimum 2 years of people management experience. In addition to good knowledge of English, we also look for skills such as technical curiosity, creativity, innovation, initiative, communication, leadership, and the ability to work with others.
