Packaging Engineering Coordinator
We are seeking talents for our IrapuatoPlant for the position of:
Packaging Engineering Coordinator.
Non- Management full-time position
Start date: As soon as possible
Work schedule: full-time with flexible working hours
Profile: Proven experience (Ideally grooming experience), in package development, packaging designer, definition of Packaging materials specification or similar experience desired.

Scope of the role:
You work here would include:
Develop innovative packaging equipment solutions which deliver outstanding consumer driven products and highly efficient production systems. Typically, someone here would be an electrical or mechanical engineer.
You will develop packaging solutions to deliver New initiative and cost saving projects on time.
Give support to packing lines to reduce/eliminate scrap, material utilization and improve process reliability.
Develop creative and innovative solutions for packaging materials.
Acquire technical expertise of equipment and processes in area of responsibility.

Live in Irapuato or willing to be relocated.
Proven experience in package development, packaging designer, definition of Packaging materials specification or similar experience desired.
Experience in material qualifications, specification development, and quality systems.
Strong analytical and leadership skills.
Strong technical problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data quickly to drive action.
Proficient in Microsoft Office package, TOPS (desirable), and Measuring equipment (vernier, micrometer, etc).
Team orientation, “can-do “attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Operate with technical excellence while collaborating optimally with others
Travel availability: Occasional traveling, mainly within Mexico but, internationally may be required.
