Sales - Data and Content Specialist - P&G Amazon Customer Team

The P&G Amazon Customer Team is looking for dedicated and driven Data and Content Specialist to join the team, where you audit and track econtent, lead content search optimization, manage product variations and NEVA widgets, track daily metrics like lost buy box and availability, master and generate insights from key business analytics and reports, and proactively identify/resolve on-site issues, audit and track econtent for Amazon P&G products. Additional responsibilities may include leading data inputs for brand forecasts and budgets as well as leading coupon planning and execution. This role will be across several of our P&G brands including but not limited to Gillette, Venus, Pantene, Tide, and Bounty. You will work with a team to help deliverwinning plans to help forecast and grow the business over the course of the year.
This role is located in Issaquah, Washington (20 minutes outside of Seattle), and will have a hybrid work schedule where you are only expected to be in the office 2-3 days a week. This role is one of several specialist roles that currently support the P&G Amazon team. Role & Responsibilities:
Audit and track eContent, making changes as necessary for eContent updates or corrupted pages
Lead onsite audits, tracking and issue escalation of Amazon retail web pages for P&G products. Collaborate with the team on recommended changes and updates. Proactively identify and resolve web page issues with Amazon.
Lead product variation & NEVA widget strategy & execution.
Master key business analytics & reporting and generate insights from daily reporting to drive the business.
Additional responsibilities may include:
Designing and executing digital coupons, including consulting with brand and sales teams on coupon strategy, setting up coupons in internal and external systems, and tracking historical executions to aid in post event ROI analysis and inform future strategies.
Budget tracking & financial stewardship, including ownership of bill payment processing and tracking in company and customer systems.
Leading internal detailed forecasting inputs. Look at data trends to determine right forecast for certain brands and adjust them in company systems.

We are looking for someone who has strong characteristics of:

Operational Discipline: Has superior organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage large sets of data, multiple projects, manage timelines, and produce high-quality deliverables.
Collaboration: Working seamlessly with multiple stakeholders internally across functions at P&G, and also externally with agency and our retail partners.
Data & Analytics: Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, ability to manipulate data from multiple sources, and understanding of digital metrics.
Past experience with Amazon and/or ecommerce is preferred, but not required.
A minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education; Bachelor's degree preferred
Possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
Mastery of Microsoft Office including excellent proficiency with Outlook, strong Excel and Word skills
Prior experience in data administration in a professional setting preferred or have demonstrably strong technical skills and high aptitude for learning new software/systems
Analytics: Competency in developing business/category knowledge, and ability to leverage analytics and data into insights
