Associate QA Manager

In your specific role, you might be working on holistic systems or you could on a specific site’s operations.
The associate quality assurance (QA) manager will be responsible for managing overall module quality system from raw materials till finish good and ensuring the compliance with cGMP and local regulation.
He/she will be the site SPOC to interact with Indonesia Minister of Health (MOH) and BPOM (Board of Health, BOH) and manage any external audit on site
The candidate will work with production, R&D, engineering, planning, and other product supply team as well as interact with contractors and suppliers to deliver right quality product. He/she will also interact with initiative and project team in various projects to meet business goal and comply with QA requirement.
The person is expected to build strong and sustain quality assurance capability & culture across the site and able to lead quality investigation with strong CAPA (correction action and preventive action). Using this capability, he/she is required to develop supplier quality system and capability to meet P&G standard.

- <2 years’ experience or fresh graduate with pharmacist certificate
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical, problems solving, and effective priority setting skills
- High integrity with passion to learn
