Human Resources Specialist, Supply Chain

We believe to be able to perform on the job, you will need to:
Coordinate logistics needs for events and top management visits
Organize senior managers' travel plans and expense reporting
Manage department record and tracking system
Manage compliance document tracking and renewing documents under his/her ownership
Prepare, submit, and track purchase orders and invoices
Update and extract SAP financial reports, and verify with actuals
Report budgets using MS Excel
Diploma or Bachelor degree from any majors
1 to 3 years of working experience in HR fields
Professional English capabilities
Computer literate & passionate in data management
Willing to work in Karawang Industrial Area
