R&D Dental Professional (m/f/d)

If you are ready to use your dental professional expertise to grow our oral care business from our Global Innovation Centre in Kronberg, this role is for you!
Your daily work
You will join our Global R&D Professional Scientific Relations (PSR) organization. Your qualifications and experience in dentistry will enable you to be the “go to person” and dental professional “expert”.
You will
be responsible for working in a multi-functional team (e.g. Clinical, Products Research, Regulatory, Statistics, Marketing & Sales) and with external Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to providing scientific support to our Global toothbrush and denture adhesives business by bringing together technical expertise behind innovation, dentistry and the external dental professional community
seamlessly collaborate with your R&D peers across multiple disciplines (i.e. Clinical Operations, Products Research, Regulatory
Safety & Statistics), our commercial organization (i.e. Marketing & Sales) and with external Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
Your expertise in dentistry will enable you to influence our innovation programs, by defining and articulating what needs to be true to increase the usage and recommendation of our oral care technologies by dental professionals.
You will
be responsible for developing educational materials, supported by evidence-based dentistry and research, that will serve dental school students, dental practitioners and external KOLs. As an individual with a proven track record in dental hygiene and oral health education, you will play an active role in our internal Oral Care organization’s capability building program (aimed at continually upskilling our multi-functional teams’ knowledge)
Qualifications
Your profile
You are a Dentist Professional (e.g. Dental Hygienist/Therapist, Dentist) with proven experience both in dental practice and research settings, combined with an intimate understanding of the dental professional landscape.
Your experience in working with marketing/sales businesses will set you apart from others
You have experience in nurturing meaningful relationships with dental professional people and organizations. This is important as the role requires you to engage and collaborate with highly prestigious KOLs and Associations
You have a track record in Collaboration and Leadership. The role will require extensive collaboration with Global/Regional/Local business partners
You display a Growth Mindset. You are curious, enjoy learning and able to absorb a wealth of technical and research information
You are Creative. You will be expected to translate complex science into visually and technically compelling stories that matter to dental professionals
You are a Skilled Communicator. You listen, learn and understand while communicating effectively internally/externally
Fluency in English is essential and strong German language skills are beneficial
You are an Inspirational Presenter. You are comfortable with public speaking and delivery of training (face to face & virtual) to internal and external partners
