You are responsible for creating the context, the tools and the systems which enable all our people to perform at their very best.

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

During your internship experience in P&G, you could:

  • Drive change and manage transformation of the organization
  • Design and deliver an optimal employees & labor relations strategy, company policies and strong capability in the area of ethics & compliance
  • External benchmark of HR development systems and presentation to the Senior HR Management
  • Deployment and adoption of the global training plan to the region
  • Analyze recruiting processes and channels

Other requirements:
  • Eligible for an internship (still enroll or have the possibility to obtain an internship agreement)
  • Fluency in Spanish and excellent ability to communicate in English
  • Available for a minimum of 3 months, preferably 6 months
