Our sales function across Spain is expanding and we have an urgent requirement  to recruit several Business Assistants to support our growing CAS teams.


This is a phenomenal chance to join P&G and drive the vision, strategy and execution of our award-winning brands. In this role you will be supporting the collaboration between our key account teams, our customers, internal colleagues and external business partners.


All our Sales Business Assistant roles provide the chance to further develop your skills, apply them in a professional setting, and have a direct impact on our winning sales teams.

With us you will:

  • As a Functional Expert in Sales you will be focused on providing administrative support to senior managers and their teams in daily tasks

  • Tracking and monitoring budgets. Flagging over/under-spending to the management teams

  • Building analytical reports that the sales teams can use to identify broader market trends and develop the corresponding strategies

  • Calendar management, travel booking and expense reporting, organizing team events, complex travel arrangements with visa letters, complex entry requirements where interacting with embassies and foreign affairs offices

  • Organizing logistics of complex meetings/seminars or team events

  • Participating in process improvement or ad-hoc projects

Qualifications
  • Proven sales support experience for a multi-national organization
  • Able to offer a strong work ethic showing proactivity, diligence, flexibility and autonomous working
  • Very organized and disciplined
  • Very strong analytical and communication skills in Spanish and a good command of English
  • Familiarity with new connectivity tools, mainly SharePoint and Teams.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office plus advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, IF, MATCH, Pivot and other basic functions )
