Responsibilities
The Communications Manager is responsible for building and protecting the reputation of several of Procter & Gamble’s Beauty Care brands on- and off-line in the Philippines.
We are looking for an individual who can independently create, lead and execute communications leveraging influencers (social media influencers, publications and institutions) which will grow the business, elevate the image of our brands and drive awareness, relevancy and superiority of the brands across earned and owned media.

Role Duties
  • Design the year-round social media and influencer/PR strategy to support on-going brand activities and new product launches, and ensure flawless execution of the plans including orchestration across earned and owned media and seamless integration with search, paid media, eCommerce and retail
  • Own relations with media, brand ambassadors, social influencers, industry bodies and other business partners
  • Manage PR/search/social agencies
  • Act as brand spokesperson
  • Lead issues & crisis communications
  • Reporting and analysis of results and budget management
  • Run social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube)

Qualifications
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Marketing & Communications expertise
  • Advanced Storytelling capability
  • Social media management capability
  • Basic understanding of SEO and SEM
  • Crisis & issues management experience preferred
  • 2+ years marketing, communications or PR experience (either agency or in-house) preferred
  • Background in beauty and/or consumer brands preferred
