Identity & Access Management Service Delivery Associate
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization provides a secure, integrated, efficient, enterprise-wide IAM Services to enable efficient and effective protection of P&G information assets and ensure IT access is aligned with business need. We are looking for a highly motivated and talented IAM Service Delivery Associate to join a fast-paced, dynamic and challenging environment. This role is a full-time, direct employment opportunity in Manila, Philippines. Salary is open based on experience and qualifications.
Essential Responsibilities
As the Service Delivery Associate, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Support delivery of one of P&G’s IAM Services, which include enrollment and identification, authentication and authorization, user, service, application, and privileged access requests, approvals, reviews, provisioning, and deprovisioning, data integrity management, and internal/external audit support.
  • For some positions, extensive support of SAP role and access management may also be required including conflicting capabilities and compensating controls.
  • Support implementation of an IAM operating model based on direction from the IAM Service Delivery Manager or Analyst for one of P&G’s IAM platforms. Current platforms include PingID, Ping Federate, Ping Access, Sailpoint IdentityIQ, Centrify Privileged Access Management (PAM), MS Active Directory, MS Azure AD, Radiant Logic Virtual Directory, and Security Weaver.
  • Support transformation of legacy IAM tools and solutions associated with assigned platform responsibilities.
  • Manage the migration of applications, systems, platforms, and services to use IAM services.
  • Produce IAM service quality improvement recommendations.
  • Liaise with regional IAM Tier 3 Operations Analysts on a global scale.
Technical Competencies and Experience:
Strong technical knowledge, skills and demonstrated experience in the following:
  • Excellent skills in ITIL Service Operations processes.
  • Extensive experience in IAM Service Delivery with an emphasis on general IAM governance and process design and audit engagement.
  • Working knowledge of at least one IAM platform in use at P&G.
You must possess strong conceptual knowledge and demonstrated ability in:
  • Business process optimization.
  • Visual representation of Service Operations metrics and reporting.
  • Service Operations process design and audit support.
  • Hands-on operational support and troubleshooting.
  • Enterprise IAM processes and best practices.
Interpersonal Skills:
  • Strong verbal, presentation and written skills.
  • Independent problem-solving and self-directing abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective collaborator with many different types of audiences, including working with multiple service providers.
  • Self-driven and flexible with high motivation.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects.

Qualifications
Qualification Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical/IT field and/or relevant Information Security experience (5+yrs preferred)
  • Available to work off hours during the evenings and weekends as required, sometimes with little advanced notice.
  • All Information Security roles require CISSP certification. Candidates without the certification must be able to pass the exam within the first 15 months of start of employment. P&G provides study preparation and exam cost coverage.
  • Role requires working from the Procter & Gamble office in Manila, Philippines.
