We are seeking a skilled SAP HR individual who can serve and L1/L2 resource that can also help identify and drive process improvements and support for P&G’s SAP HR system. You will be a member of a talented global team. The team is responsible for the technical components for delivering HR services to P&G users, as well as application management solutions. The team supports various HR Service Lines such as Benefits, Employee Data Management, Employee Self Service, Payroll, etc. We expect you to be able to effectively write ABAP programs, solve critical incidents, implement changes following P&G’s change management processes, plan and deliver projects. In addition, we expect you to consistently exhibit strong discipline and proactiveness in the delivery of operational excellence, customer service, user at the center mentality, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, nurture a positive work environment characterized by trust, inclusiveness, teamwork and excellence. Are you hard working, self-starter, detailed oriented, possesses strong leadership, oral and written skills and likes to have fun? Do you have 5+ years of SAP HR experience?

Technical Competencies and Experience
Good technical knowledge and demonstrable experience in the following:
  • SAP HR Modules (e.g. Personnel Administration, Time, Payroll, etc.)
  • ABAP Programming
  • Authentication Working Knowledge (Enterprise Directory, Ping, Federation)
  • File Transfer Working Knowledge (e.g. Tibco, Axway, etc.)
  • Project Management experience (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, CCPM, etc.)
  • Self-starter, Quick Learner, Agile, Flexible and Adaptable
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Proven verbal and written interpersonal skills
  • Documentation and presentation skills to diverse audiences. Strong conceptual and analytical problem solving, troubleshooting and resolution skills.
  • Execution Perfection, delivery on dedications, priority management and issue management
  • Team work and partnership: Build and maintain strong effective relations with Information Technology and business partners.
  • Ability to interact and operate across multiple teams such as operations, platform and basis.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or any like degree or in lieu of college at least 5+ years of meaningful IT experience.
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
