In this role, you will be the single point of Accountability for operations and initiative execution with some of our contract manufacturing partners.. You will act as a liaison in our technical community and our contract manufacturing partners to ensure robust plans are developed to support initiative execution and daily manufacturing operations that may impact product, process, packaging, and/or manufacturing technology.
Important Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring that daily production objectives are met and key issues are addressed quickly
- Solving technical issues to ensure success of an initiative and criteria in safety, quality, fit for use, process reliability, cost and production are met
- Handles all communications and project changes with the technical team responsible for the various projects associated with this contract manufacturing partner(s).
BS/MS in Engineering. We prefer Supply Chain, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, but will also consider other, similar engineering degrees (or other related degree and/or work-related experience).
Skills and Qualifications:
- Have relevant co-op or intern experiences in operations, project readiness or initiative executions.
- Have digital skills and proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in Supply chain ERP systems, Tableau, Data Analytics are a plus.
- Have excellent collaboration and communication skills. You will work with various functions, regions, levels (including key Leadership).
- Are a critical problem solver and active listener.
- Have the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- · Have the ability to deliver executional excellence and manage new emerging need.
