Personal Health Care, Regulatory - Associate Scientist

This role is within the NA Personal Health Care (PHC) Regulatory Organization. The US Regulatory manager will support base business, commercial innovation and various new product initiatives. This will include providing regulatory strategies, input to claims and artwork development. To effectively manage these responsibilities will require building and maintaining an understanding of applicable regulations governing PHC ingredients and products. Collaboration with other regulatory managers is included within this role as is evaluating evolving regulations for impact on PHC products. Product regulatory classifications include OTC Drugs, Foods, Dietary Supplements, Cosmetics, Consumer Goods and Devices. This role may provide additional opportunities for growing NA regulatory technical capability in an agile cross functional environment. 


We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science related fields (Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, etc.).

  • Strong scientific background desired - To understand technologies and support for claims
  • Previous regulatory experience desired
  • Strong interpersonal skills - To develop and maintain effective and collaborative partnerships and networks
  • Effective communication - verbal and written - To clearly communicate complex information in a factual non speculative manner
  • Digital fluency
