The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a passionate, high capacity, multifaceted analyst to join our Customer Service Organization. This role will be located at the P&G Mason Business Center and will be responsible for handling order management of customer(s) for a brand expanding nationally. The Customer Service Organization (CSO) at Procter & Gamble means more than just managing and taking orders. We are looking for a strong individual who can help design a new supply chain and feel excited about the new to the business challenges.

Job Description

As the CSO Order Management Analyst, you will be responsible for responding to customers calls and inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring order size optimization, and being the expert in the customer(s) order pattern. You will manage order quality corrections and provide root cause, support product allocation, handle inquiries on price, products and promotions, and participate in internal and external audits.

  • Minimum High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • Prior experience in Customer Service

  • Preferred knowledge with Coupa
