Sales - Consumer Health Care - Plan-o-gram Sales Specialist

P&G Personal Health Care (PHC) is incredibly dynamic - adding exciting new brands and categories annually – leading to our strongest results in over a decade! It is a great time to be part of the PHC Market Strategy & Planning (MS&P). The role of the Sales Specialist is to deliver competitive advantage by driving retailer category growth with disproportionate gains for P&G.
Lead in-store planogram/shelf schematics with PHC Sales Director by creating planograms using shelf software (e.g. ProSpace, JDA-Space Planning Plus).
Provide planogram and analytical support to priority customer teams as a holistic category consultant with shelf and assortment projects focusing on applied shopper insights, shelf principles, and financial payout.
Ownership of all U. S. guidance planograms to support a broad array of retail customers across all channels of trade (e.g., mass merchants, drug stores, grocery stores, etc.)
Collaborate with Brand, Design, and Sales leaders to provide shelf and site input to upstream new items.
Maintain documentation & support for eCommerce “digital shelf” guidance by team and channel.
Design research support for Category Shelf Learning (now/next/future).
Building and managing relationships with 3rd party suppliers to enable execution of our business plans.
You would be a good fit, if you:
Have strong shelf software skills and enjoy solving puzzles.
Enjoy collaborating across a wide variety of functions, both internally and externally, to deliver projects on a timely basis.
Are an agile problem-solver with strong project management skills.
Are flexible to meet evolving demands and timelines.
Are motivated to develop deep expertise in technical software to leverage all the capabilities it provides.
Enjoy building knowledge and skills and are excited to reapply that learning to train/mentor others.
Technical aptitude on shelf software (e.g., ProSpace, JDA-Space Planning Plus)
Superior organization & attention to detail
Strong Excel Skills
Flexibility - agile problem-solving skills with evolving timelines
Collaboration - ability to work across functions (e.g., sales, marketing, 3rd party)
Have strong analytics capability
Good Communication skills
PowerPoint knowledge is a plus
