Product Supply Manufacturing is responsible for every aspect of product making and is recognized as an industry leader for the innovation of creative production systems and technologies. Our Engineers are responsible for inventing, reapplying, and developing technologies, required to support the production process of our world-class consumer products, its multigenerational evolution and for managing the company’s billion-dollar capital investments

As an intern in Global Innovation team, you will be working in 2 areas:

  • Innovation Supply Chain for Wipes: you will be responsible to set up new tool for the long-term capacity plan. You will own the upstream finished product and material supply management work and you will lead the process to automate this process.

  • Innovation Process and Engineering for Wipes: you will be responsible to support specific projects of the innovation masterplan executing defined engineering work processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. All of this takes place within the framework of achieving a company's goals and achieving their vision.

  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

  • Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques

  • Report and escalate to management as needed.

  • Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.

  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

  • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.

  • Use and continually develop leadership skills.

  • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.

  • Develop work processes and standards and execute Projects meeting P&G guidelines.

Education:

  • Eligible for an internship (enrolled in the university or possibility to obtain a university agreement with strong academic results)

  • University/Bachelor graduate (Industrial Engineering desired)

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • Available for a minimum of 6 months.
