TalentBrew uses the LinkedIn application to extract job relevant information from a user’s LinkedIn profile (name, email, city, experience, education, skills & endorsements, recommendations, accomplishments and interests). P&G processes your data pursuant to its Candidate Privacy Notice.

We use that information to run an automated keyword-based comparison against P&G’s job descriptions and then present our available roles sorted by order of relevancy to your qualifications. As a Data Wrangler:

  • You need to be an effective technologist, self-motivated, and able to source and develop data models to fuel the analytics, developed by the analysts and data scientists, which improve P&G’s business results.
  • Your will onboard complex data or optimize data models and code into scale pipes and jobs that will drive the analytics into insights.
  • Deliver data acquisition, transformations, cleansing, conversion, compression, and loading of data into data and analytics models.
  • Work in partnerships with data science and analysts to understand use cases, data needs, and outcome objectives.

What would make you a great fit?

  • Technical mastery and interpersonal /communication skills.
  • Demonstrated use of data and BI tools.
  • Demonstrated foundational mastery in applied data technologies
  • Have working knowledge in programming languages such as Python, Java and R
  • Load data in numerous different compressed and uncompressed formats (gzip, zip, tar, json, csv, Excel, etc.)
  • Demonstrated skills or are familiar with Hive, Impala, and other noSQL databases
  • Create workflows for loading data on a scheduled basis using Oozie, shell scripting, sql, etc.,
  • Basic working knowledge of database design and admin, and ability to create technical design documents.

  • Mexican citizenship, currently living in Mexico City

  • Masters or higher education in Business/Management Information Systems and/or Computer Science/Engineering, Programming/Software Development or Actuary.
  • Strong foundational mastery in applied data technologies (SQL, Linux, Shell Scripting).
  • Relational databases, ER models/diagrams.
  • Have working knowledge in programming languages such as Python, Java and R
  • Demonstrated skills or are familiar with Hive, Impala, and other noSQL databases
  • Advanced English.
