We are seeking talents for our Plants for the position of:

End to End IT Operations Site Specialist.

Start date: As soon as possible

Work schedule: Full-time with flexible working hours

Profile: Graduated from a BS or MS/MBA in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer/Systems/Industrial/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Operations Research (or like degree).

Qualifications: Strong skills in the area of systems.

Procter & Gamble is looking for people with great technical skills that can be applied in our technology leadership roles at our manufacturing sites in Mexico. This role is responsible for the operations and compliance of digital technology in one of our manufacturing or distribution sites that produce iconic brands used around the world. This role is crucial to ensuring our manufacturing plants are always on, always secure and always compliant and intersect the worlds of information systems, high available infrastructure and applications and operating technology.

We are seeking someone that is equally adept at technology and leadership to help our supply chain organizations with the tools of modern manufacturing and logistics needed to ensure flawless make, pack and ship operations. You are the change agent at the plant ensuring that new technology is ready to support an always on, secure and compliant workforce that runs 24x7. You will be part of the Digital Team operating in one of our technology driven manufacturing sites and part of a global network of technology leaders working on like-projects to build a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Incident Management Resolution; Demonstrate accountability and ownership to lead technical incidents.
  • Technical proficiency and critical thinking skills in solving issues related to applications, computing and network.
  • Issue/Problem Management; Minimize impact to business by identifying potential issues or problems and alert management proactively, elevating to right operation team.
  • Responsible for implementing and leading IT or Collaborate with OT (Operation Technology) Change management for the site (review, approve, and control quality of execution).
  • Continuous improvement; Find opportunities to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the ITOT operations and work closely with IT Operations Leader.
  • Solution Design; Site E2E leader acts as a consultant for local infrastructure needs within area(s) of technical responsibility.
  • Stewardship; Performer of internal compliance procedures and responsible for timely closure of the issues with quality. Support internal assessments and global audits on all IT topics.
  • Governance of Operational partners at site; Coordinate with local/global operational resources that deliver IT operations at site.
  • Owns operational reporting/scorecard.

  • Live in Mexico City and available to work in Mexico City.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a 'start-up' type environment.
  • Knowledge in network operations or application management. (Servers Windows y Linux).
  • A BS or MS/MBA in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer/Systems/Industrial/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Operations Research (or like degree or equivalent experience).
  • High level English Skill Required (written and spoken).
  • Experience and a passion for learning and applying skills in any of the following digital technology areas: IT Infrastructure, Security and Risk Management, IT application and Integration and Data and Analytics.
  • Desirable Certifications: ITIL V4 Foundations (Information Technology Infrastructure library), CompTIA A+(Computing Technology Industry Association Cm); Medium to high Knowledge on virtualization - VMware, knowledge on Programming - desirable python or similar; CISSP (Certified Information System Security Professional); CISCO / CompTIA and +Agile / SCRUM.
  • An open mind, who is a fast learner with great verbal and written communication skills and can work closely across functions.
  • Team orientation, “can-do “attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.
  • Operate with technical excellence while collaborating optimal with others
  • Strong leadership, innovation and interpersonal collaboration skills.
  • Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Travel Availability local, and International (1 to 2 times on the year).
