We are seeking talents for our Sales Division for the position of:

Information Management Coordinator

Non-management full-time position

Start date: As soon as possible.

Location: Multiple Locations; Monterrey, Ciudad de Mexico, Nuevo Laredo, Guadalajara & Mérida.

Work schedule: full-time position.

Profile: Any associate or Bachelor’s degree.

About the role:

The main objective as an Information Management coordinator is to be recognized as an information analyst within the Sales division.

Scope of the job:

Have a sophisticated level of data tools usage. Uses analytical skills on a day-to-day basis Provides reliable and useful information to key partners Understands, complies, and enforces internal controls and company policies.

Qualifications
  • Desirable proven experience with analytical tools such as Power Bi, Excel, Knime, and/or Spotfire.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package.

  • Intermediate communication in English.

  • Teamwork & Customer orientation, “can-do" attitude, and ability to deliver breakthrough results.

  • Creativity, innovation, initiative, follow-through, and good communication skills.

  • Clear ability to handle multiple priorities.
