We are seeking talents for our Distribution Center – DHL Macrocentro for the position of:

Junior Quality Specialist

Non-management position

Start date: As soon as possible.

Location: Cuautitlán Izcalli

Work schedule: full-time position.

Profile: Professional degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry

About the role: The main responsibility as a Junior Quality Specialist is to ensure that the product is released and shipped in compliance with Good Distribution Practices. You are going to be a key player to impact the level of service of Quality area to functional teams within Consumer Health; also, you will contribute valuable perspectives or advisory services that are meaningful to make decisions that affects the performance of the entire area and the business, and assure compliance to local regulations.

Scope of the job:

• Follows Quality and Regulatory requirements regarding warehousing and distribution of healthcare products and processes in which participates.

• Review and compile technical dossiers, ensuring that high quality data and standards are used to support the regulatory applications to achieve rapid and successful assessment.

• Document entire processes that give support to release activities on time according to work program to meet the demand of our internal and external customers.

• Review technical dossiers to ensure release activities are accurately supported.

• Verify that imported and maquila products aligns with required documentation as well as good physical condition.

• Preforms the investigations and conclusions of the deviations occurred in DC, either by excursions of temperature of the Warehouse, or any deviation or non-compliance with the GDP's

• Ensures that the initial and continuous training programs are applied and maintained.

• Participate in investigations of customer complaints.

• Ensure that internal audits are carried out with a pre-established program and that the necessary corrective measures are adopted as well as give support in any external audit.

• Participates in Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (EHS) programs as well as compliance with the EHS standards and regulations that apply to their activities.

• Generate and/or update required SOP´s, maintain a documentation system and ensure that all procedures are in line with the global procedures and health care regulatory requirements.

• Ensure that corrective and preventive actions are timely defined, detailed, tracked and closed to improve continuously the Quality Management System.

• Ensure that Quality major and critical changes are documented and approved according to a formal Change Control process and that the appropriate actions are taken before implementing the change.

• Generate and maintain retention samples system.

Qualifications
Qualifications:

• Live in Mexico City and available to work in Cuatitlán Izcalli.

• At least 1 year of experience in activities related with Quality Assurance of Pharmaceutical Companies and inspections of pharmaceutical goods.

• Proven technical knowledge in Quality positions such as, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Quality Systems and Compliance; Auditing.

• Knowledge of local and regional legislations (ISO 9001, ANVISA, ICH, WHO, DIGIMED, INVIMA, COFEPRIS and others).

• Basic knowledge in Good Documentation Practices,Good Distribution Practices, ISO 14001-2004 Standard, Environmental Management System, Specific Training Environmental Aspects, Quality Systems, Audit, Validation of suppliers, Deviations, NOM059 and NOM072 SSA.

• Not direct report personnel, however, will carry out the supervision of our 3PL (DHL) QA personnel

• Proficiency communication in English

• Team orientation, “can-do “attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.

• Creativity, innovation, initiative, follow-through, good communication skills, and priority-setting

• Strong thinking / problem-solving skills which can be applied to business

• Clear ability to handle multiple priorities

• Managing through systems.

• Handling of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook, SAP systems, and others.
