Non-management position

Start date: As soon as possible.

Work schedule: full-time position.

Profile: Recently graduated with interest in the field or with a diploma in occupational health.

About the role:

You will share in our organization’s strategy to enable the lives and health of employees, leading with confidence and integrity. Your ability to influence and craft a measurable impact and success within a corporate environment is vital. This will require operating with agility and collaborating with key partners across organizational levels (site, country, regional and global).

Your Crucial Responsibilities:

Lead and execute P&G Medical processes and initiatives in alignment with our organizational and corporate strategies.

Support and follow-up to preventive health and well-being programs / campaigns.

Perform medical examinations and determine work skills: You will diagnose and supervise health risks and generate reports, epidemiology and medical statistics.

Data confidentiality management: File management and control of medical records and supplies. Handle organizational data and reporting along with P&G’s Corporate Citizenship report (Community Impact, Diversity and Inclusion).

Review relevant policies and standards assuring appropriate management of occupational health based on Mexico's legal regulations (pre-employment physicals, drug testing, immunizations, work related injury management) and also guide employees in policies and health benefits.



Eligible to work in Huixquilucan, Estado de México.

Recently graduated from medical School.

General practitioner with an active license to practice medicine in Mexico.

Emergency management and response capacity, basic life support and timely management of external systems for advanced life support.

Team orientation, “can-do “attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results

Operate with technical excellence while collaborating optimally with others.

Proficient in Microsoft Office package.

Intermediate / advanced in English (written and spoken).

Clear ability to prioritize multiple priorities.
