Service Delivery Manager (IT)
We are looking talents for our General Offices (Interlomas) for the position of:.
Service Delivery Manager (Information Technology)
Management full-time position
Start date: As soon as possible
Work schedule: full-time with flexible working hours
Profile: experience in IT functions, implementation tools (Meeting services, Collaboration tools, Connectivity Apps) similar experience desired.

Scope of the role:
Your work here would include:
Lead and execute the P&G strategy for remote collaboration, virtual meeting services, content and productivity tools across Latin America.
Develop and increase the tech skills across the organization, pushing the boundaries beyond the status quo.
Drive the adoption and deployment of new IT tools and standards globally.
Evaluate new connectivity apps and tools for the company.
Implementation projects and collaborations meeting tools.

Live in Mexico City.
+5 years experience in IT Role
English advanced (written and spoken)
Experience in service delivery, implementing connectivity tools, server and cloud base, technical support.
Strong analytical and leadership skills.
Strong technical problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze data quickly to drive action.
Team orientation, “can-do “attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results
Operate with technical excellence while collaborating optimally with others
Travel availability: Occasional traveling, mainly within Mexico but, internationally may be required.
