Sr. Regulatory Manager
We are seeking talents for our Interlomas’ General Offices for the position of:
Sr. Regulatory Manager.
Managerial full-time position
Start date: as soon as possible.
Location: Estado de Mexico.
Work schedule: Flexible working hours.
Profile: At least 5 years of experience in Regulatory affairs and quality assurance experience.

As a Regulatory Manager, your role will be to develop assessments and strategies in support of current business and new product initiatives. You will guide and accelerate P&G business by ensuring our ingredients, products and packages are safe and in regulatory compliance.
Scope of the role:
• Develop regulatory strategies and implementation plans for the preparation and submission of new initiatives according to critical path schedule.
• Negotiate and influence effectively in regulatory matters with authorities and trade associations to ensure commercialization of consumer products and upstream initiatives / technologies.
• Provide clear regulatory guidelines regarding local regulatory environment.
• Provide responses to regulatory agencies regarding product information or issues.
• Review all regulatory agency submission materials to ensure timeliness, accuracy, comprehensiveness, or compliance with regulatory standards.
• Work with regional teams to ensure efficient and timely approval of new products; and continued Regulatory support of marketed products.
Qualifications required for this role:
•Live in Mexico City and available to work in Estado de Mexico.
•Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a scientific field (chemistry desirable).
•Is a plus an advanced degree (Masters, Pharm. D, Ph.D.).
•5 years of regulatory affairs experience, preferably in food / beverage, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, ingredients or fragrance industry.
•Proven effective experience in regulatory work and interacting with regulatory authorities, agencies and Trade Associations.
•Must be familiar with and able to identify and interpret regulations, guidelines, and other pertinent information issued by applicable regulatory bodies.
•Ability to read and synthesize technical material and to prepare clear and concise written documents.
•Computer literate at a level allowing utilization of event tracking programs, data loading and information processing related to regulatory affairs.
•Great analytical skills- logically breaking situations or issues down into their crucial elements: carrying out diagnosis and developing solutions.
•Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
•Team orientation, “can-do “attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.
•Operate with technical excellence while collaborating effectively with others.
•Strong leadership, innovation and interpersonal collaboration skills.
•Strong analytical and communications skills (Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the company).
•Proficient in Microsoft Office package.
