Key Account Manager Jr.

Managerial full-time position

Location: Monterrey, City

Work schedule: full-time with flexible working hours

Profile: Graduated from any bachelor’s degree.

As a P&G Account Manager Jr. you’ll need to be highly motivated, results-oriented, and very comfortable drawing insights from data. You should have the capability to lead change, develop people and organizations, and solve complex problems by thinking critically. While we invest heavily in improving these skills in you, it helps to show that you already have the skills.

Your role as a Key Account Manager Junior:

Leads own team of professional staff to identify and resolve technical, operational and organizational problems of medium complexity.

Filter, prioritize, analyze and validate dynamic material from a diverse range of external and internal sources to respond to operational challenges.

Applies deep understanding of how different areas jointly contribute to achieving objectives within the sub-function (i.e. a subset of a function, typically consisting of several areas with independent budgets) supported by good industry knowledge to achieve objectives.

Impacts the level of service and multiple teams within an area to meet quality, volume and timeliness objectives which affects the performance of the entire area.

Contributes value-added perspectives or advisory services that are important to decision-making.

Love for planning of resources, budgets and policies. Responsible for leading total Market Research & Business Intelligence budget, which covers primary/ad-hoc research and very specific secondary data sources (IMS & Nielsen).

Qualifications
  • Mexican citizenship
  • Eligible to work in Monterrey City.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer service orientation / attitude
  • Graduated from any bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong Leadership Skills, you will lead in the envisioning of the future of your business, to engage / enable / energize the multifunctional team and execute plans with excellence.
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills.
  • Substantial professional experience (approximately 4-5 years as a guide) including managerial responsibility. Desirable Pharma Industry.
