Maintenance Warehouse Manager
The MaintenanceDepartment Manager is responsible to ensure that the Mixing Center within their area of responsibility have the capacity and capability to maintain MHE and reduce impact to operations while meeting all internal P&G and external Customer requirements for Service, Cost, Cash and Stewardship. The MaintenanceDepartmentManager is responsible for continual improvement of their operation and for ensuring agility to meet the changing needs of the business.
- Leads the warehouse organization
- Accountable for ensuring Distribution system meets or exceeds the needs of the Business Units and Customers, through effective use of measures, gap analyses, action plan development and execution
- Ensures organization delivers Safety, Quality and Internal Control results as per glidepath
- Delivers productivity and savings glidepath
- Must ensure that all areas of PD within their control have the right level of capability and resources, technology, skills, and financial support
- Leads change management within PD ensuring that losses are continuously being driven out
- Partners with other functions and adjacent process owners to deliver the defined business results
- Plans adoption and implementation of SDC Standards and best practices
Link between site and CRN MHE Platform Team for standards, BCP updates, MHE/battery count assumptions, etc.
Escalation of MHE needs to vendors (Lantech, Enersys, Raymond, Hyster-Yale).
Escalation of facility maintenance needs to appropriate resources.
MHE availability trigger system for day-to-day productivity.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s in business operations or a similar degree preferably in engineering or Supply Chain/Logistics or like experience.
- 3-5 years of engineering, operations management, or physical distribution experience.
- Willing to travel
