As the Warehouse Platform Process Engineer, you will join our team at our new 1.3MM square foot distribution and customer fulfillment center in Morris, IL (Greater Chicago area). Our Supply Chain is going through major transformations including implementation of a new WMS system, Automation and Digitization to meet the needs of our customers and consumers.  If you would like to be a part of this unique experience, then don’t wait and apply and be part of this exiting journey!

Qualifications

We are seeking individuals with the following qualities:

  • Strong analytical and digital skills

  • Solid problem-solving skills

  • Growth mentality, highly motivated, self-driven and willingness to learn new skills

  • Excellent follow through

  • Excellent communication (both written and oral)

  • Interpersonal and time management skills

  • A desire to work in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering (Industrial, Supply Chain Management), or degree with relevant experience.

  • 1 – 3 years experience preferred

  • Experience with programing is a plus (SQL, MOCA, Visual Basic, C++, etc)

  • Experience and understanding of database structures and table linkages

  • MS SQL Server, MS Power BI, MS Vizio, BY/JDA WMS, SAP is a plus

  • Willing to travel on the job.
