Role Title: Account Executive Omnichannel E Commerce

This role you will manage P&G engagements across key Modern Retail customers who are starting to implement online operations for their shoppers across all facets including trade management, operations and shopper marketing.

With us you will:

  • Responsible for understanding Omnichannel strategy engaging across key modern retail customers to formulate and execute choices across customers and categories.

  • Lead customer engagement across Omnichannel players to develop and execute Sales and Marketing plans across online platforms.

  • Demonstrate thought leadership of P&G in this space leveraging global takeaways across customers in India to lead customer thinking on Omnichannel business.

  • Collaborate strongly with Offline business led by Modern Retail team to engage on account wise planning and execution to deliver Online business.

  • Build and execute Joint Business Plans with the customer, Modern Retail team and Multi-Functional teams.


Apply if you have:

  • Master’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration or any relevant field.

  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience handling accounts, Joint Business Planning, Selling with Data and negotiation skills

  • Accountability mindset in setting up and running the business operations

  • Game-changing mindset with owning the change across customers and company to Omnichannel models

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate internally and externally.
