This role you will manage P&G engagements across key Modern Retail customers who are starting to implement online operations for their shoppers across all facets including trade management, operations and shopper marketing.

With us you will:
Responsible for understanding Omnichannel strategy engaging across key modern retail customers to formulate and execute choices across customers and categories.
Lead customer engagement across Omnichannel players to develop and execute Sales and Marketing plans across online platforms.
Demonstrate thought leadership of P&G in this space leveraging global takeaways across customers in India to lead customer thinking on Omnichannel business.
Collaborate strongly with Offline business led by Modern Retail team to engage on account wise planning and execution to deliver Online business.
Build and execute Joint Business Plans with the customer, Modern Retail team and Multi-Functional teams.
Apply if you have:
Master’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration or any relevant field.
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience handling accounts, Joint Business Planning, Selling with Data and negotiation skills
Accountability mindset in setting up and running the business operations
Game-changing mindset with owning the change across customers and company to Omnichannel models
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate internally and externally.
