Procter & Gamble is looking for people with good technical skills and high attention to detail to play a key role on our Nashville Dollar General Customer Team. Apply today to join the team as a Trade Spend Analyst/Administrator, where you’ll work closely with our Account Executives to manage the input of essential data for our customer business plans, scale execution across multiple brands and categories, and ensure the highest level of accuracy in business analytics reporting.

The Role


As a P&G Trade Spend Analyst/Administrator you will support the execution of business plans by inputting, maintaining, and reporting trade fund data with a high level of accuracy. Your work will facilitate efficient implementation of trade fund programs to set up P&G brands to disproportionately win. On a day-to-day basis you can expect to:


-Enter data into CAS (trade fund system)

-Populate key forms for the retailer (new item forms, contracts)

-Manage shelving displays with P&G and the retailer (C&F process)

-Scale execution across brands and categories

-Map invoices and deductions to appropriate tactics in CAS

-Facilitate payment process and report queries in CAS or other business systems


The Ideal Candidate


You either have experience in data administration in a professional setting or have demonstrably strong technical skills and high aptitude for learning new software. You are focused in your execution and comfortable performing tasks with minimal oversight. You’re a fast learner with great verbal and written communication skills.

We’ll help you get up to speed with extensive training on the CAS trade fund data entry system and we’ll onboard you to the dynamic work environment of the Dollar General team. As part of your startup you’ll learn about how we sell the world’s best-known brands and how your work plays a critical role in getting our products on the shelves and in the homes of consumers everywhere.



Qualifications

Preferred:

-3+ years relevant business data administration experience

-Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLookup, Sorting/Filtering)

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Highly disciplined task execution

-Ability to work independently with minimal oversight


Required:

-High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education

-Work experience or relevant college coursework
