We are seeking talents to our Naucalpan Plant for the position of

Manufacturing System Manager.

Managerial full-time position

Start date: as soon as possible

Work schedule: full-time with flexible working hours

Profile: Bachelor’s degree related to Digital systems (informatics), Web designer, software developer/ Programmer.

Qualifications: maximum 5 years of proven experience in manufacturing systems, such as SCADA for acquiring and monitoring information.

You will manage the human, economic, technological and information resources of the Power, Control & Information Systems (PC&IS) and Cybersecurity area, leading the activities of analysis, proposal, development and execution of projects, savings, strategic plans and support to operations, ensuring compliance with global and local standards and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will build, improve, modify, follow and guarantee compliance with the master plan of the PC&IS and Cybersecurity area.
  • You will manage the recruitment, administration, development and training of human resources in the PC&IS and Cybersecurity area.
  • You will own the proposal and budget management for the area according to the global and local standards of the site.
  • Handle and lead the analysis, proposal, development and execution of technologies in the electrical, control, information and cybersecurity areas on site in order to guarantee the development of operations in accordance with global and local standards and site needs.

  • Live in Mexico City and available to work in Naucalpan, Estado de México.
  • Bachelor’s degree related to Digital systems (informatics), Web designer, software developer/Programmer.
  • Maximum 5 years of proven experience in manufacturing systems, such as SCADA for acquiring and monitoring information.
  • Previous experience using SAP and Proficy Tool (Ideally knowledge of this software. Can be an equivalent).
  • It is desirable to know HTML 5 language and SQL databases.
  • You must have familiarity with operating systems, antivirus, user administration, networks. Ability to generate standard customization documents.
  • Must have prior knowledge of Rockwell PLC's, Allen Bradley.
  • Office automation skills, web applications and management of mechanical and electrical design software and programming environments.
  • Programming experience (PLC, networks, robots).
  • Skills in Electrical, Industrial, Electronics, Mechatronics, Control or related.
  • Previous project and capital management experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate in English (written and spoken), as many of the educational materials, meetings, policies, and documents will be in English.
  • Clear ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package.
