We are looking for a talented experienced hire to join our Supply Network Operations team in a role that is designed to give an intensive immersion into the exciting and challenging front line operations world we work in.

In this role you will:

  • Be integrated into a multifunctional team from your first day, where you will be the Order Operations Leader for Northern Europe.

  • Manage a team of Order Management Analysts to provide best-in-class Customer Service every day.

  • Collaborate with our Customer and Product Supply Teams daily and be responsible for delivering all key metrics of service and cost.

  • Implement new technology and take a continuous improvement approach.

Where: This position is located in Cobalt Business Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne.



  • BSc or MSc in any discipline, with preference, but not limited to, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) and Supply Chain Management degrees.

  • Some experience in supply chain, preferably in FMCG.

  • Strong base understanding of engineering principles within your chosen field as well as problem solving and leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication and initiative skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively, creativity and innovation skills.

  • Analytical – able to work with large amounts of data to understand how to drive the business forward.

  • Continuous improvement – Demonstrated history driving efficiency and simplification across the whole Organisation and improving results in the critical areas of Service, Cost and Cash.

  • Influence – Proven track record influencing peers up to and including senior manager level.

  • Relationship building – growing and maintaining strong working relationships with other areas of supply chain and commercial functions.

  • Open to change – Recognition that the current economic and business environment is changing rapidly and proven ability to be a change agent within that environment.

  • Experience of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) technologies would be an advantage!

  • Strong English verbal and writing skills.
